Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and a notification once it has shipped. We try to ship within 7 business days. Lost packages:
After your order has shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We only have access to the same tracking information that will be linked in your shipping confirmation.

Packages returned to sender:
If your package is returned to us, please let us know within 30 days if you would like to have your package resent. Your shipping fees are not refundable. If you would like us to resend, you will be billed for the applicable shipping fees.

Due to cellulose acetate and acrylic being handmade, there can be some variation in quality. If your purchase arrives broken or breaks within 30 days of arrival, we offer a replacement or refund of the purchase price depending on stock availability. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
