Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and a notification once it has shipped. We try to ship within 1-5 business days. During times of high volume this may extend to 7-14 business days. We're a very small operation and appreciate the patience as we expand.
Lost packages:
After your order has shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We only have access to the same tracking information that will be linked in your shipping confirmation.
Packages returned to sender:
If your package is returned to us, please let us know if you would like to have your package resent. If you do not contact us within 30 days of the package being returned, a refund will be issued for the price of the items. Your shipping fees are not refundable. If you would like us to resend, you will be billed for the applicable shipping fees.
